Return Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds will only be considered within a one hour window of purchase, and only if zero percent of the training material has been accessed. If any portion of the course is viewed or accessed, no refunds will be granted. Any purchases outside of this one condition are considered final.

1.     Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Virtual Instructor Program (“Program,” “Membership,” “Courses,” or “Services”), you (“User,” “Member,” or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Program.

2.     Program Access & Membership Use

2.1  Individual Access Only

Your membership is single-user access.

You may not share, transfer, loan, sell, or distribute your login, password, content, or access with ANY other person for ANY reason.

STRICT PROHIBITION:

No family sharing

No team or group sharing

No forwarding login emails or links

No watching content with non-members

No posting or uploading content elsewhere

No screen recording, screen sharing, or password sharing

Violations may result in:

immediate termination of access with no refund,

assessment of additional fees equal to the membership value for each unauthorized user,

and civil action for damages.

This section is strongly enforced to protect the integrity of the Program.

2.2  Program Content & Availability

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of the Program at any time. Access requires a stable internet connection and compatible device; you are responsible for maintaining both.

3.     Safety Waiver & Assumption of Risk

The Program includes training related to firearms, precision rifles, shooting fundamentals, and related activities. By participating, you acknowledge and agree:

You assume all risks associated with firearm handling, shooting activities, and training implementation.

You represent that you are legally allowed to possess and use firearms in your jurisdiction.

You assume responsibility for safe firearm handling, environmental awareness, and compliance with local laws.

You agree not to conduct live-fire activities while distracted, impaired, or unprepared.

You understand that firearm use is inherently dangerous and may lead to injury, death, or property damage if improperly executed. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

4.     Hold Harmless, Release, & Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless, release, and indemnify the Program, its owners, instructors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from:

your participation in training

your use or misuse of provided information

firearm handling or shooting activities

violations of local, state, or federal law

negligence on your part

This includes attorney’s fees and costs incurred for any dispute related to your actions.

5.     Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content in the Program—including but not limited to videos, PDFs, graphics, text, methods, training processes, techniques, and proprietary systems—is protected under copyright and intellectual property law.

You are strictly prohibited from:

downloading, copying, or recording videos by any means

redistributing or uploading content anywhere

screen recording or screen capturing

reproducing any part of the Program

teaching or reselling the methods as your own

creating derivative works

reverse engineering the program or its materials

Violation of copyright or IP rights may result in legal action and damages.

6.     No Recording, Duplication, or Redistribution

You agree NOT to:

record video

record audio

copy/paste content

take screenshots of protected materials

upload content anywhere online

share content in any form

use the content for instruction of others without express written consent

We aggressively protect our intellectual property and treat unauthorized use as theft.

7.     Payment & Refund Policy

7.1  Payment Terms

You authorize the Program to charge your chosen payment method for the full membership fee at the time of purchase.

7.2    Refunds

7.3 No Refunds for Violations

Any violation of Terms—including unauthorized sharing, distribution, or recording—results in immediate termination with no refund.

8.     Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Suspicious account activity, as part of our anti-sharing protections, (e.g., multiple IPs, excessive device changes, simultaneous logins) may trigger:

account lockout

verification requirements

suspension

or termination

9.     Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Program, owners, partners, affiliates, instructors, as well as any/all associated parties are not liable for:

- injuries or damages resulting from firearm use

- loss of data

- interrupted access

- user error

- misuse or misinterpretation of training information

-  incidental or consequential damages

Your use of the Program is at your sole risk. By accepting the terms of this release of liability and hold harmless agreement, you agree to not sue Elevate Precision LLC, dba Caruso Precision for any consequences of the actions of the participant, whom willingly partakes in the activities within the scope of this training, and acknowledges the risk as their own, and makes that decision with regard to this release of liability. The User, You, agree to hold harmless Elevate Precision LLC, dba Caruso Precision for any omissions, inaccuracies, or guidance, direct, indirect, intentional or unintentional, regardless of circumstances or outcomes. The user has been given safety guidance as a useful aid to safe operation, and by no means is it considered a complete and ultimate safety training for handling of firearms. If at any point a User feels unsafe, unsure, uncertain, or uncomfortable further continuing handling, using or manipulating firearms or related equipment, or aforementioned feelings in presence or environment of firearms, the User is highly encouraged to cease all engagement with said equipment and environments, and seek further professional help.

Elevate Precision LLC, dba Caruso Precision does not educate or advise in total authority on any municipality, local, state, or federal laws, rules, or legal guidance regarding firearms, ammunition, additional equipment, transport of, storage, or carrying of said equipment. All Users are to consider any and all training in the Program, including but not limited to written materials, videos, exercises, and communications, to be considered supplemental and informative. All Users are encouraged to validate, verify, confirm, and further educate themselves on anything and everything covered in the Program.

Users are required to acknowledge a requirement to review the “Safety” video as part of the introduction to their experience with the product. Failure to review the safety protocols established by Elevate Precision LLC, dba Caruso Precision in said video and additional disclaimers throughout the material, and see further professional, legal, medical, financial and other related guidance regarding decisions, actions, responses, and consequences, rests solely on the User.

Elevate Precision LLC, dba Caruso Precision does not endorse, recommend, or specifically suggest any specific ammunition loading criteria, and this document serves as an addition notice to the User to seek further guidance on ammunition loading and use from other specific and properly vetted sources. The Program and its affiliates will in no way be held accountable for consequential errors in firearm, ammunition, loading, firing area decisions, manipulations, actions, or inactions.

10.  Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/province/country where the Program operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11.  Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
